Recipe 1: Healthy granola by Marlette
To make this healthy granola recipe, you will need:
1 Baking mix for homemade granola by Marlette
90 g (1/4 cup) Maple syrup
75 g (2/3 cup) Sliced almonds
30 g (2 tbsp) Carrot juice
20 g (1 tbsp) Sunflower oil
5 g (1.5 tsp) Ground ginger
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients together and spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake at 170°C (325°F) for about 30 minutes, stirring the mixture every 10 minutes.
Let the granola cool completely, and store it in an air-tight container for up to 3 weeks.

Recipe 2: Granola for the chocoholic by Marlette
To make this sweet-tooth-approved granola, you will need:
1 Baking mix for homemade granola by Marlette
125 g (1/3 + 1/2 cup) Dark chocolate chips
120 g (1/3 cup) Wildflower honey
30 g (2 tbsp) Water
25 g (1.5 tbsp) Sunflower oil
Directions:
Pour the oil and water in a saucepan and place over very low heat. Add the honey + 50 g (1/3 cup) of chocolate chips.
Once everything has melted, pour the liquid over the granola.
Mix well and spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake at 170°C (325°F) for about 30 minutes, stirring the mixture every 10 minutes.
Let the mixture cool completely before adding in the remaining 75 g (1/2 cup) of chocolate chips.
Store in an air-tight container for up to 3 weeks.

To make your savory granola, you will need:
1 Baking mix for homemade granola by Marlette
60 g (4 tbsp) Olive oil
1 Egg white
3 g (1 tsp) Curry powder
15 g (1 tbsp) Gomashio
Preparation
Combine all the ingredients together and spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake at 170°C (325°F) for about 30 minutes, stirring the mixture every 10 minutes.
Let the granola cool completely, and store it in an air-tight container for up to 3 weeks.
Sprinkle the granola on top of your favorite dishes!
